Any legal entity (corporation, subsidiary, branch) that is established in Belgium to do business requiring registration with the Crossroads Bank for Companies must demonstrate basic management knowledge through his agent (manager or employee) .

Non-exhaustive list of evidence that can be used:

• Graduation from upper secondary school (non-professional) from before 30/09/2000 or graduate degree at an institution recognized by the State

No certificate of knowledge base management

No evidence of professional practice exercised as:

1. Entrepreneur independent officer responsible for the daily management without a contract (administrator, manager), assistant or spouse caregiver. The evidence of this professional practice are:


• an extract from the Commercial Register of the company managed
• a statement of the Fund for Social Insurance showing that you were enrolled during a period of 3 years minimum 5 years as a principal or ancillary least during the last 15 years

2. Employed in a management function. The evidence of this professional practice are:

• certificate from the employer indicating the dates of beginning and end of the function
• audit periods, functions and responsibilities set out using a sample overall career, NSSO survey or other valid social documents

Proof of qualification is provided by the person appointed by the Board of Directors (after publication in the Moniteur) that actually performs the daily management, including:
· By the manager, director, managing director
· By any one employee through a contract of indefinite duration (not valid for SPRL)

You must have these benefits activities for several years (at least 3 full / principal) during the last 15 years to be qualified based on his professional experience.
